An AMC or Annual Maintenance Contract based on computer can either be free or chargeable as per the contract’s terms. For PCs that are less than a year old, the starting charges are Rs. 2500.

This contract shall not apply to any equipment/parts which may have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, accident, wear tear, pest, fire, water, or any other natural calamity. The terms of the service as stipulated in the Service Level Agreement (SLA), shall be by the offer mentioned above.
The applicable taxes- state and service tax will be charged extra.
To move forward with AMC services, both parties must sign a contract to guarantee adherence to SLA and payment terms.
The above-mentioned offer advice does not include data entries, software customization, data corruption, data recovery, or lost data due to virus attacks if any. However, We ensure that all necessary steps will be taken to ensure the proper functioning of the system.
If parts or equipment fail, they should be repaired at the site if possible, but if unable to do so, they must be returned to our works for repairs. The defective parts should be repaired, not replaced.
PC Lap Mall shall not be responsible for any delays in rectifying the system due to the unavailability of spares. However, we guarantee a 90% uptime for the system.
This annual maintenance contract does not cover the shifting or reinstallation of the equipment.
This AMC does not include shifting and reinstallation of the application on other machines. However, reinstallation of the application software/hardware, if supplied by us will be governed by our offer as above.
If the PC machine for which we have not provided supply or support fails, we will not be held responsible for delays in support.
We hereby confirm and indicate that we do not assist with the installation of pirated software.

Refund: In case of late delivery of our service or if you decide to cancel the contract, a refund will be based on the remaining days of the contract with the paid AMC, cost being refunded. This is subject to further evaluation of the service and utilization of the service until the cancellation date, as stated in the signed contract terms.
